Terms and Conditions

OPENING HOURS & PAYMENT METHODS

Open 7 days a week, 6am–9pm (last session starts 8pm).

1 hour session (incudes 10 mins for entering & exiting field) : £10 for up to 3 dogs 

Additional dogs: £1 each

Maximum dogs per booking: 8

Occasional closures may occur for maintenance, sometimes without notice.

All bookings must be made via the website and paid in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

You may cancel or change a booking up to 24 hours before your session with no charge.

Cancellations or changes within 24 hours are not permitted except in specific circumstances.

Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled; a new booking must be made.

If you arrive late, the session end time cannot be extended.

PARKING

Please park in the designated parking area WITHIN the dog field.

Vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

All dog poo must be bagged and placed in the bins provided.

General litter may be placed in the litter bins.

Users are responsible for their own safety and that of their dogs.

Any damage to gates, fencing, or equipment must be reported immediately.

BEHAVIOUR & RESPONSIBILTY

Harsh handling or the use of electric collars is strictly prohibited.

Users must treat others respectfully, especially during session changeovers.

Aggressive or unpleasant behaviour towards dogs, other users, or staff will result in a ban.

Dogs must be back in vehicles and the field vacated by the end of your session.

Keep dogs in vehicles until the previous users have fully exited the secure area.

Dogs must be on a lead when outside the secure field.​​
