Field Rules
When booking/using the field you are agreeing to our rules and terms and conditions
Use of the facilities is entirely at your own risk. Wooler Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage. All vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s own risk.
Booking & Entry
All sessions must be pre‑booked online before entering the field.
Please arrive and leave on time to avoid overlap with other users. If you have arrived late you cannot extend your session.
Do not enter the field until the previous booking has fully exited and the gate is closed.
Please lock the gate when you leave (each user is responsible for unlocking/locking it for their own session)
Dog Limits & Supervision
Do not exercise your dog outside of the secure field area.
Maximum 8 dogs per session(unless otherwise agreed).
Do not unload your dog until you are within the secure field and the gate is shut behind you.
Dogs must be supervised and under control at all times.
Behaviour & Safety
Dogs must not show aggression towards people or other dogs/animals.
If your dog becomes distressed, overly excited, or reactive, please intervene promptly.
Puppies are welcome but must be fully vaccinated.
Cleanliness & Waste
Please pick up all dog waste and dispose of it in the bins provided.
If you spot any dog poo, please bag and bin it or place a cone over it.
(Please inform us so we can deal with it within 24 hours and repeat offenders can be identified)
Remove any toys, treats, or personal items before leaving.
If your dog digs, please intervene asap and fill the hole before you leave.
Respect for the Land
Keep dogs away from fences, livestock, and neighbouring fields.
Do not climb gates or fencing.
No littering, smoking, or fires anywhere on the premises.
Children & Visitors
Children must be supervised at all times and remain within the field.
Health & Responsibility
Dogs must be up‑to‑date with vaccinations and wormer treatments.
Do not climb on fences, gates or dog equipment.
If your dog is ill please do not use the field.
No harsh handling of dogs is allowed whilst using the site.
Owners are fully responsible for their dogs’ behaviour and any damage caused.
Use the field at your own risk; the landowner accepts no liability for injury or loss.
Report any issues or damage so we can put it right quickly.
Cancellations & Weather
Sessions run in all weather unless the field is deemed unsafe.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before their booking, will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours, we not be refunded.
Entering & Exiting
Please take extra care when arriving and leaving the field. This is a working environment with stables, horses, and people nearby, please ensure the gate is fully closed before unloading your dogs.
